PHOTOGRAPHER CUM PHOTO RETOUCHER

Role Summary :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photographer cum Photo Retoucher to join our Creative
Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality fashion visuals and
performing professional-level retouching to elevate the brand's digital presence. You will work closely
with the creative team across photoshoots, campaigns, and social media initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Capture high-quality fashion images (indoor & outdoor shoots) using full-frame DSLR cameras.
• Ensure consistent image quality that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and product standards.
• Perform advanced photo retouching, including skin smoothing, blemish removal, fabric enhancement, and color correction.
• Adjust images for light, color balance, and composition to achieve polished, on-brand visuals.
• Maintain image quality and resolution standards across platforms.
• Work closely with the Creative Team for online campaigns, social media postings, and product
launches.
• Contribute ideas to improve the visual presentation of products.
• Manage a high volume of daily product shoots and edits.
• Ensure all visual content meets deadlines and aligns with campaign timelines.
• Support ad-hoc creative tasks and assignments as needed.
• Maintain organized schedules and workflows under tight timelines.


Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Photography, Digital Media Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in fashion photography and image editing.
• Strong passion for photography, particularly in the fashion industry.
• In-depth knowledge of photography and retouching techniques.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent editing software.
• Mastery in handling full-frame DSLR cameras and all standard photoshoot equipment.
• Ability to remain focused and productive under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
• Dedicated, disciplined, and responsible with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work at the Putra Heights office in Subang Jaya (10 minutes' walk from Putra Heights LRT Station).

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

WANZAR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance department and assist the Account Executive in managing daily accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn full-set accounting and gain exposure to cost control, financial reporting, and internal compliance. You will be guided and supervised by the Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Help prepare supporting documents for full set of accounts under supervision
  • Aid in cost tracking and compilation of data for budget vs actual project costs
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records for internal control checks
  • Support in the preparation of basic financial summaries and expense reports
  • Help compile documents for monthly closing, including receipts, vouchers, and invoices
  • Assist in preparing reports for management decisions as instructed by Account Executive
  • Perform general accounting tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing accounting documents
  • Ensure all documents are properly recorded and filed for audit and compliance
  • Check and compile staff expense claims for review and approval
  • Assist in updating Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
  • Communicate with suppliers or customers regarding invoices and payment follow-ups (as needed)
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (both speaking & written)

TEXTILE DESIGNER

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Textile Designer to develop original fabric patterns and prints for our ready-to-wear collections. This role demands a strong sense of color, texture, and trend awareness, as well as technical knowledge of textile printing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and production team to transform design concepts into high-quality textiles that reflect the brand's identity and meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original fabric prints, patterns, and textures that align with seasonal themes and brand direction.
• Create detailed design sketches, mock-ups, and sample swatches for internal presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive trend research using trade publications, forecasting platforms, and global fashion trends.
• Experiment with color combinations, materials, and textile techniques to produce innovative and market-relevant designs.
• Operate and program textile printing machines or coordinate with suppliers for sample production.
• Ensure all textile samples meet quality, technical, and measurement specifications before mass production.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, fashion designers, and production team to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
• Manage multiple design projects and adhere to tight production deadlines.
• Maintain detailed documentation and archives of textile designs and sample developments.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or textile industry is an added advantage.
Strong interest and passion for fashion and textile trends.
• Excellent stress management and time management skills, especially during peak production seasons.
• Highly disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
• Capable of working independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

STOREKEEPER CUM STOCK PACKER

The Storekeeper cum Stock Packer is a person that responsible in maintaining accurate inventory level, ensure the stock in and stock out are in control order and pack the customer order.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to maintain logs of all stock in and stock out.
  • Multi-tasking and detailed oriented person with great coordination skills.
  • Work well in team and independently.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • Assist to restocks merchandise to all branches.
  • Assist to complete processing of online order.
  • Packs up items and creates shipping labels.
  • Reviews shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
  • Assists sales staff in locating stock items.
  • Assists store or inventory manager in devising new ways to reduce shrink and maintain inventory control.
  • Counts inventory for official store records.
  • Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to inventory leader.
  • Writes up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items.
  • Assists in unloading inventory from delivery truck.
  • Uses inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply.
  • Ensures that stock room is clean and well organized.

Requirement:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma Level or equivalent.
  • Honest, hardworking and work well in one team.
  • Quick learning with the company product.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, especially in times of peak seasons or on sales.
  • Can work extra hours when required.
  • Have basic knowledge in computer skills.

LIVE PRESENTER CUM CONTENT CREATOR

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and camera-friendly Live Presenter cum Content Creator to represent our brand during live selling sessions and create engaging video content for social media. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, building brand connection, and increasing sales through live and pre-recorded content.

Responsibilities:

1. Live Streaming / Live Selling

  • Host regular live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote new arrivals, campaigns, and best-sellers.
  • Engage actively with the audience in real time—answering questions, showcasing products, and encouraging purchases.
  • Present products confidently with accurate information on sizing, features, styling tips, and promotions.
  • Monitor live performance and suggest improvements for viewer retention and conversion.

2. Content Creation

  • Create short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories (e.g. try-ons, unboxing, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and produce fresh, trend-driven ideas.
  • Participate in campaign shoots, lookbooks, and influencer-style content as a model/presenter if needed.
  • Script, plan, and film content independently when required.

3. Community & Engagement

  • Build a personal connection with the audience to develop a loyal viewer/customer base.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community feedback related to live sessions and video content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral sounds, and live-selling techniques to maintain relevance.

4. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to understand campaign goals and featured collections.
  • Provide feedback on customer reactions during live shows to help refine product offerings or marketing strategies.
  • Help prep products and wardrobe for live and video content shoots.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in marketing, fashion or in related field.
  • Have at least 2 years experience of Content Creator is an advantage.
  • Confident, expressive, and natural in front of the camera.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English and/or Malay).
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and content creation.
  • Comfortable hosting live sessions several times a week.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video formats.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team and adapt quickly to changing trends.
